I thought that I would take the opportunity to write to you to firstly thank you and also show as a measure of my appreciation the fact that both myself and my staff value your recently installed product at our business here in Traralgon.
Our new HR Staff System has enabled us to finally get all the ducks lined up in a row; we now realize just how vulnerable we were to be getting that dreaded outside desk audit either from the ATO or Work Care, in fact just 2 weeks ago had the first outside audit in our 30 year history and that was from the State Revenue Office, we got an all clear from them on Tuesday. I have no doubt whatever in saying that should we not have had the new system pretty well in place, we would have fumbled to have answered all that was required of us without firstly researching archives.
Colin, we found the system was relatvely easy to navigate once we had the training, I would highly recommend that new customers take up the optional installation traiining with the software, we found it to be immensely useful becuase it enabled us to cut to the chase and input data straight away, rather than fumbling around feeling our way through it.
Colin I would on your behalf be pleased to speak about your product to any of your prospective clients, I can assure you that unless I was anything less than comfortable with your product and back up service that has been forthcoming from both yourself and your staff, I would certainly not be offering to put myself out there recommending your product.
