After meeting with you both and viewing the system we were blown away with how much easier it would make our HR division run. A simplistic system, user friendly with the ability to adapt to our trades needs, it really has it all. To be able to use one system from interview point to exit is amazing. The fact that all the forms have clear instructions has made it so much easier for our business.

It also really opened up our eyes on how much RISK BPG were in with no solid HR Strategy in place.

Now we are pleased to say that we are operating the system to its full potential. Staff are being managed efficiently and within the correct time frames required. The use of the critical date system has been a huge key to our time management and has actually reduced the time taken to review staff.

We have taken the system one step further and included all our third party contractors into it also. This has proven a big winner as being a National Company we can send our Risk Managers the contractors full details, including insurance details, licensing etc. In turn they are able to show our clients that all contractors used by us are top rate. It has improved the professional feel of the business!
